Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gigi’s Cauldron of Wonder! We hope you’re delighted with your magical purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on most non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
It must be in the original packaging
You must include the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:
Digital downloads
Gift cards
Personalised or custom-made items
Perishable goods (e.g., herbs, bath products if opened)

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping

3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Double-check your bank account

Contact your credit card provider—it may take time before your refund posts

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Gigiscauldron@gmail.com.

5. Shipping Returns
To return your product, contact us and we will provide a return address.

You are responsible for paying return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement—unless they’ve already shipped. For digital items or custom orders, cancellation may not be possible after creation has begun.
